Fine Art Prints

Loupe ships print orders in the contiguous United States(excluding Hawaii and Alaska). We are unable to ship to APO/FPO and P.O. Boxes. For print orders outside of the US, contact us directly at support@loupeart.com. Special orders shipped outside the contiguous US are final sale and designated non-returnable.

In the unlikely event that your fine art print arrives damaged, please contact us immediately (within 24 hrs) about any issues with an original art sale or fine art print purchase. If there is a problem with your fine art printing quality or think it arrived damaged, write: support@loupeart.com

Please allow 2-3 weeks for the custom fine art printing and free delivery of your order.

Original Art

We ship in the contiguous United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). We are unable to ship to APO/FPO and P.O. Boxes.

Some pieces will be shipped by UPS in a protective lined Airfloat Systems StrongBox, a trusted leader in art and antique packaging. Larger pieces will be handled through our fine art shipping partner.  For all items, the customer or a designated representative must be available to receive and sign for delivery at the destination address and time coordinated.

Depending on the size and shipping method, your original art piece could take up to 3-4 weeks to transport.  You will receive follow-up shipping details from Loupe after the initial order confirmation, informing you whether your artwork will be shipping from UPS or our fine art shipping partner. Customers will then receive tracking information via email within 10 business days of purchase.  Customers purchasing larger pieces requiring fine art shipping service will be contacted directly by our fine art shipping partner to arrange for a scheduled delivery date and time.

Returns and Exchanges

Please include photos of the damaged artwork and packaging. A Loupe support representative will contact you to discuss next steps, subject to our Terms and Conditions. If an original work of art or fine art print arrives damaged in shipping, there is no charge for the return shipping (or replacement in the case of a fine art print).

A Loupe customer will have  seven (7) days to decide whether to keep the work or return the artwork in its original condition for a refund. Return shipping and associated originating direct costs for original art will also be deducted from the refund. Because fine art prints are custom printed, there is a 30% restocking fee for returning a fine art print that is not damaged in shipping and the customer is responsible for return shipping via UPS or FedEx.

Customer must contact Loupe at support@loupeart.com with primary phone number and will receive a return call or email within 24 hours to process a return authorization. After receiving a return authorization, customers returning original artwork will have three (3) days to  ship out  the artwork via UPS or make pick-up arrangements through our fine art shipping partner. We ask that the customer retain and reuse the original packaging and/or crating materials.

Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds typically appear on your credit card statement in one to two billing cycles. Your refund will take the form of a credit back to the same card used to make the original purchase. Refunds on undamaged returns will be minus the original cost of fulfillment and the cost of return fulfillment.

We may not be able to cancel an order if it’s already in the shipping process. To speak with a Loupe representative and inquire about canceling or changing an order that’s already been placed, please contact support@loupeart.com.
