Congratulations on being selected to join the Loupe artist community.
We are very excited to be working with you.

Let's get started!

STEP 1:

REVIEW THE ARTWORK SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Each piece is selected based on its artistic qualities and suitability for streaming. Works that don't meet the requirements may not be accepted onto Loupe.

STEP 2:

SUBMIT ART & DESCRIPTIONS

We encourage you to submit as many worksheets as you wish. If you have multiple untitled works, please uniquely number each one (i.e. “Untitled 1, Untitled 2, etc.”)

STEP 3:

COMPLETE THE ARTIST AGREEMENTS

The following documents will be sent to your email for secure signature via AdobeSign.

  • Master Licensing Agreement
  • Reproduction Print Addendum
  • Original Art Addendum

STEP 4:

COMPLETE YOUR ARTIST PAGE DETAILS

Your artist statements and headshot will be displayed on your dedicated artist page on LoupeArt.com. This information will help Loupe users connect with and learn more about you and your work.

STEP 5:

SUBMIT PAYMENT DETAILS

Loupe has partnered with Bill.com to help you get paid securely, faster, and more conveniently. With Bill.com, you get paid electronically and 2X faster than checks. Your invitation to bill.com will be sent to your email address directly from bill.com. Signing up is free.

Payments are made quarterly for works sold on the Loupe marketplace. Payments will be sent by the 20th of the month following the end of the quarter via Bill.com.

Depending on your tax residence you will also be sent one of the following tax forms along with the Artist Agreements via Adobe Sign for secure execution. This form is required in order to process any payments. A new/updated form will be requested every tax year.
